I would like to say a huge thank you to the team. They went extra miles for the 4 days I stayed at the hotel. This hotel is highly recommended. It is at the heart of Lisbon and everything is walking distant. They made me feel like home. It was peaceful and calm. You dont hear any noise at all once the balcony door is closed. I spent my birthday alone and the team sent me a birthday cake and it was a wonderful gesture. The team is phenomenal and its is 10/10 ! The hotel is brand new with all cleanliness. I was solo on this trip and they made sure I was safe. The housekeeping did an amazing job. I cannot wait to be back again :)

Everything from the rooms to the common areas feels fresh, clean, and stylish. My room was spacious, super comfortable, and equipped with everything I needed for a perfect stay. The location is absolutely unbeatable—right in the heart of Lisbon, just steps away from all the main attractions, restaurants, cafes, and transport links. Whether you’re exploring the city or just enjoying the atmosphere, you couldn’t ask for a better spot. I would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Lisbon. I was traveling solo, and this hotel was absolutely perfect. The rooms are cozy but thoughtfully designed with everything you could possibly need. Housekeeping came by daily and always left the room spotless with fresh towels. The whole place feels modern, stylish, and very well cared for. The staff were truly wonderful, so kind and helpful. They even arranged a tour to Sintra for me, which ended up being one of the highlights of my trip. I also loved the breakfast buffet, it was fresh, varied, and absolutely delicious. The location couldn’t be better, right in the heart of the city, making it so easy to explore. I would definitely stay here again!

I absolutely love this hotel and the employees are Top Tier. This is the only hotel you should stay at while visiting Lisbon. The hotel staff was some of the nicest people I have ever met in my life. They welcome me and my mother with wine and pastries while checking us in. The lady checking us in also recommended a driver that would take us to the airport. We had an early flight so they offered us a box breakfast and delivered it a night before our flight. Saulo, the hotel manager, carried our luggage upstairs and amen to work early just to help bring our luggage downstairs for our early flight. The staff was welcoming, kind, and offered top tier service. The hotel is located by everything. Restaurants, souvenir stores, shops, bakeries, live entertainment, and Praca do Comercio. The view in 402 was beyond anything I could have imagined….it was absolutely beautiful! I could see the arch from my room and at night there was live entertainment outside and I could hear and see everything from my balcony. I can’t say enough about this hotel. I loved everything about it! I will encourage all my family and friends to stay here when they visit Lisbon.

The exceptional staff went above and beyond after our arrival was delayed by a full day. Whether thru directions, maps, answers to our many questions or arranging packed lunches for a very early day trip, they exceeded our expectations at every turn! They even surprised us with an anniversary cake. It was right in the heart of Baixa District. Comfortable bed, well soundproofed windows. Great price. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay at LX Arch. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming, we were greeted with a glass of port and a pastel de nata, which was such a lovely touch. The team were consistently friendly and helpful throughout our stay, offering great recommendations for places to visit, restaurants to try, and the best ways to get around the city. The hotel itself is clean, modern, and in an excellent location right on Rua Augusta. Despite being on such a busy pedestrian street, we were pleasantly surprised by how quiet the hotel was. Our room had a balcony with a wonderful view down the street, which was a real highlight. We were also able to store our luggage both when we arrived early and after we checked out, which made everything so much easier. The communication was great too - we received a message as soon as our room was ready. Overall, a fantastic stay and we would not hesitate to return or recommend this hotel to others.

My parents stayed here before boarding a cruise and they couldn’t have been happier with their experience. The staff was absolutely wonderful, truly kind, attentive, and welcoming. The location is very central, which made it easy for them to explore the area in the days before their cruise. Their room was comfortable and had everything they needed for a relaxing stay. They also happened to be there on my mom’s birthday, and the hotel surprised her with a whole cake! It was such a thoughtful touch and made their stay extra special. They left with nothing but great things to say, and we would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Lisbon.

Amazing Hotel! What a view it was, we also had the privilege to see live performances from break dancers on our balcony. You have a amazing view. Nice beds. A good room, spacy and also a nice rain shower!
